How do I register?

Customers who wish to place an order via the Maples website will need to register an account with us by clicking on the ‘register’ link on the home page. You will need to provide some basic information including the payment mode and details.

Is the registration free?

Yes! Registration to the Maples website is absolutely free.

Can I have multiple registrations?

You will need to provide unique email address and phone number for each account your register with Maples.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, enter the email address that you have registered and click on the forgot password link.  You will receive instructions to change your password and login.

What are the available modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on Maples using the following modes on payment:

  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Credit and debit cards

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Maples?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your credit or debit card on Maples. Additional authentication pass code is verified and online shoppers need to enter it while using their credit or debit card on the Maples website.

Will I get the amount back if the item I ordered is not delivered?

If we are unable to deliver any product that you placed an order for and have already paid for it online, the balance amount will be refunded to your account.

When will I receive my order?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive the order during a specified time (as specified during the transaction and you have the ability to track your order too.

How is the delivery done?

Maples has a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating in the city which ensures timely delivery of your orders.

Can I change my delivery information?

Yes, you can change your delivery information at anytime by updating your profile on the Maples website with the changed address.

Do you deliver in my area?

Currently, Maples operates in Vadodara and we can deliver your orders in Vadodara itself. We shall keep updating our website to include other cities as we expand our store locations to those cities.

When and how can I cancel an order?

Returns and Refund

Our returns and refund policy entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the returned product. This can be used for subsequent purchases while shopping with us.
